Steps for Setting Up the App

Permissions

1. When you first open the app, make sure to approve the following permissions:
   • Access to other devices on the local network.
   • Allow notifications.

Sign Up

2. Click the Sign Up button.

3. Select your region.

4. Enter and verify your email address.

Email Verification

5. Click the Get Code button to verify your email address.

6. Check your email for a 6-digit code.

7. Enter the code into the verification code box in the app.

Password

8. Choose a password between 6 and 16 characters.

Now that you’re signed in, you’re ready to add your new camera!

Pair your cameras to the app

1. Initial Screen:
   • Open the app, and you’ll see a screen that says, “You have no cameras added.”
   • To get started, click either:
     • The plus symbol in the middle of the screen, or
     • The small box with a line through it at the top right.
2. Grant Permissions:
   • The app will ask for permission to use your phone’s camera.
   • Allow access so the app can scan a QR code.
3. Scan the QR Code:
   • Point your phone’s camera at the QR code located on the side of your camera.
   • Once scanned, the app will automatically complete all steps and add the camera.
4. If the QR Code Doesn’t Work:
   • Click “Add Method” at the top right of the screen.
   • Select the serial number option from the menu.
   • Locate your camera’s serial number below the QR code and enter it into the app.
5. Final Step:
   • After entering the serial number, click “Confirm Add.”
   • Your camera will now be paired to the app, and you’re all set!

Ensure your camera’s time setting is correct
